In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, whether imposed voluntarily through the vc77 Responsible Gaming tools or by any relevant regulatory authority.
• You must ensure that online gaming is not prohibited by the laws of the jurisdiction in which you are located at the time of accessing the Platform. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of online gaming in your jurisdiction.

Each User is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the vc77 Platform. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple Accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited.

You agree to provide accurate, complete, and truthful information at the time of registration and to promptly update such information if it changes. vc77 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and communicate with you. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password and not share it with any third party.
• Enable two-factor authentication where available.
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices.
• Notify vc77 immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your Account.

vc77 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility unless you have notified vc77 of a security breach prior to such activity occurring.

Before processing any withdrawal, vc77 requires you to complete KYC verification by submitting a copy of your valid Pakistani CNIC. vc77 may also request additional supporting documentation — such as proof of address or proof of payment method — at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges or closure of the Account.

vc77 supports deposits in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and standard bank transfer. Deposits are subject to minimum and maximum limits as displayed in the cashier section of the Platform at the time of transaction. vc77 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has previously been used to deposit funds into the Account, or a verified bank account in your name. vc77 aims to process withdrawal requests within the timeframes published in the cashier section, subject to successful KYC verification and any applicable security reviews.

• Withdrawals requested below the stated minimum threshold will not be processed.
• vc77 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing large withdrawal amounts.
• Bonus Funds cannot be withdrawn directly; only winnings generated from completed wagering requirements on Bonus Funds are eligible for withdrawal.
• In cases where vc77 suspects fraudulent activity, withdrawals may be withheld pending investigation.

The vc77 Platform operates in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) for all Pakistani users. All displayed balances, bet amounts, bonus values, and withdrawal figures are denominated in PKR unless explicitly stated otherwise. vc77 is not responsible for any currency conversion losses arising from transactions processed by third-party payment providers.

vc77 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to both new and existing users, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. vc77 reserves the right to exclude any user from a promotion at its sole discretion.
• Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.

• Bonuses must be claimed within the stated claim window. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

• vc77 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
• Attempting to abuse, exploit, or manipulate the bonus system — including through the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or arbitrage strategies — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any derived winnings, and may result in Account suspension.

All bets placed on the vc77 Platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, market, or game. These rules are published within each betting market and game lobby. In the event of any conflict between these general Terms and any specific game or market rules, the specific rules shall prevail.

Cricket betting — including PSL, international Test matches, T20 World Cup, and bilateral series — is conducted subject to standard international sports betting rules. vc77 reserves the right to suspend, void, or settle markets in accordance with official match results and in-play events. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned.

All casino games on the vc77 Platform — including slots, live dealer games, and crash games — use certified Random Number Generation (RNG) or independently managed live dealer operations. Game outcomes are not manipulated by vc77. Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent long-term theoretical averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

In the event that a bet is accepted at clearly erroneous odds due to a system error, human error, or data feed failure, vc77 reserves the right to void the affected bet and return the stake to the user's Account. vc77 will endeavour to notify affected users promptly in such circumstances.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the vc77 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account or using any Account on behalf of a third party.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent identification or financial information.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, exploit game outcomes, or interfere with the Platform's normal operation.
• Engaging in collusion with other users to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities to generate winnings or bonuses in a manner not intended by vc77.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to circumvent account verification, self-exclusion, or responsible gaming restrictions through any technical or administrative means.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing vc77 staff or other users through any communication channel.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly prohibited, where such prohibition is known to the user.

vc77 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment dispute from a payment provider.
• Request by the user to self-exclude under the Responsible Gaming policy.
• Instruction from a relevant regulatory or law enforcement authority.

Where an Account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, vc77 may withhold the Real Money Balance pending investigation. If no breach is confirmed, the verified Real Money Balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be returned to the user via their registered payment method. You may also voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting vc77 customer support.

All content on the vc77 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game assets, software, code, interface designs, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of vc77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without prior written consent from vc77.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, vc77 and its officers, directors, employees, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to access the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, however caused.
• Losses arising from reliance on inaccurate information, technical errors, or service interruptions beyond vc77's reasonable control.

vc77 does not warrant that the Platform will operate without interruption, error, or loss of data. Scheduled maintenance, security updates, and unforeseeable technical events may cause temporary unavailability. vc77 will endeavour to provide advance notice of planned downtime where reasonably practicable.

vc77 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

vc77 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties. Data is shared only with service providers necessary for Platform operation — including payment processors, KYC verification services, and fraud detection providers — and only to the extent required for those purposes.
